- Year 2 trip to Bowness17May2024

Each year group at Hindley All Saints’ takes part in a different Experience Trip and Year 2’s Experience trip is to visit the Lake District. This experience will also link to our Inspire Topic: ‘Home and Away’. This year we would like to take the pupils to The World of Beatrix Potter and for a Lake Windermere boat cruise on Friday 17th May 2024. We will be returning to school at 3.30pm on the day. The cost of this trip, including transport and entrance fee, will be £20.82 per child. (School have subsidised this cost by 25%, as outlined in our Visits Policy.) Payment and parental permission for this trip can all be completed online by going to www.scopay.com. You can pay the full amount in one transaction or you can make instalment payments, however the full amount needs be paid by Friday 10th May. Once logged in, you can also choose the packed lunch for your child’s trip day. If your child does not usually have a school lunch, but you would like to order them one for the trip, you can also do this at the same time. As your child is in KS1, you will not be charged for this dinner. If you have not yet made an online payment and do not have a Registration Code, or you have any other payment queries, please contact the School Office. Don’t forget that if you have a £30 Parent Credit voucher, you can use this to pay for trips! For this trip your child will need their usual school uniform and a rain coat. Further details regarding arrangements for the trip will be sent after the Easter Holidays. Attendance on a trip of this type is dependent on excellent behaviour. Therefore we will be monitoring this in the time leading up to the trip. If we have any concerns about your child’s attendance on the trip, we will contact you. Thank you for your continuing support.
