Lunchtime Menu

Our Kitchen Academy is managed by the Governors of the school. This means we control the price of a meal, currently just £2 a day, one of the lowest in Wigan.

It also means we set the menu and ensure the quality is just right.

We have several theme days throughout the year which all children are invited to take part in.

We also have a number of meals completely free, to every child, each year including, for example, Christmas lunch.

Most children choose a school meal. If you choose to send a packed lunch from home please follow our healthy lunch advice so that your child has the right nutritional balance to make sure they are ready for learning in the afternoon.

Children are not allowed fizzy drinks, sweets and toffees in their packed lunch and only one, small chocolate item such as a penguin biscuit, [not a chocolate bar like a Mars Bar], thank you.
